Cathy gives her heart and soul to her patients. Her level of compassion, while maintaining promptness and attention to detail, is unprecedented. She never loses her patience, even when she has an overwhelming assignment and is never too busy to comfort and reorient our elderly and demented patients. Regardless of how ill or confused a patient is, she protects their privacy, honors them, and does her best to include them in their own care. She uses her knowledge to create more comprehensive care and educate family members.
