Cathy's compassion, commitment, and professionalism in regards to my medical situation is the reason I want to thank her today. She has been an advocate for myself in getting my husband the required information to enable him to obtain the care I have needed. Cathy has listened to my needs, wiped my tears during my breakdowns and always had a kind word to let me know that there is help out there for me!
I have dealt with many individuals in the healthcare system, but never did I have one who did not rush me through appointments, sits and listens, sympathizes with my situation and provides recourse to when necessary until Cathy. When I talk to other staff about how much I love Cathy as my advocate, they all have positive and kind things to say; she serves as a mentor to her peers to provide the type of care every patient wants.
Because of her, I do not have the anxiety I used to when walking into the clinic. I know I can contact her at any time with questions and I will get the answers I need. She has improved my quality of life!
