I had my Gall Bladder removed and had to have the big cut instead of laproscopically. I was very sore and had to wait 5 hrs before getting a room after surgery. Cathy immediately got things going - asking questions, getting things ordered and generally getting me settled in as quickly as possible. She answered all my questions whenever I was nervous about something, explained side effects from drugs I was taking. She was just very knowledgeable and that put my mind at ease. Very thorough and her bedside manner was confident, something I want when I'm not sure what is going on.
