I got a letter in the mail from a patient. It was very direct and to the point. It states in all capital letters, "Just completed home visit program. Courteous, caring, informative, patient and very professional is the best description for Nurse Cathy Ray."
I agree with this statement. Cathy was my preceptor when I started with Fidelity. Her patients feel that they are being taken care of by a very professional person. Her patients are educated on disease processes and most have a notebook ready with the answers to her questions when she arrives. She is the type of nurse you would want for your family member.
