Cathy Santiago, Registered Nurse

Our 5-year-old daughter had a tonsillectomy and Cathy was so caring and compassionate with her. Before the procedure, Cathy thoroughly explained every step and demonstrated everything that would be happening. Our daughter brought a bear and everything Cathy was doing to our daughter she did to her bear. She was the most amazing nurse I have ever been around. My husband and I are very high strung and after the procedure, Cathy made sure we were completely comfortable before leaving the hospital. I cannot thank Cathy enough or Akron Childrens for the great care our daughter received.
