Every interaction I’ve had with her has shown her calmness and compassion. It is truly difficult to verbalize this, but in her presence, I can feel the passion she has for being a nurse. This passion is obvious to anyone that spends any time in her presence, and it undoubtedly makes her a great nurse. She is a ray of light and joy to be around. She is well-deserving of this nomination.”

She works diligently on the department schedules to ensure the departments are covered at all times and helps to resolve staffing issues when needed.
