The minute we met Catie there was a connection. She listened and took her time to listen to my husband about his pain and what we have been thru. She didn't rush and most importantly she listened and asked us questions. What really stood out was over the next few days she remembered everything we had told her or asked her. She always is so positive and willing to help us if she can. She has made our stay here better than we thought it could be. She goes above and beyond what she has to do to make sure that we are happy and comfortable and receiving the best care possible.
