This is the dream team of nursing care!To nominate just one nurse would be such an injustice to all that have treated me. I believe faith is making a decision to trust these nurses and doctors, accepting the unknown and giving full trust to them. They are a unit, whole and harmonized. This unique team of National Jewish doctors and Saint Joe's nursesworks!I'm slowly making my way through this storm with the nurses pulling, pushing, listening, and encouraging that inner strength, and of course tossing in a healthy dose of tough love, when I so don't want to get with the program. And, as my doctors that go as far back as 17 years know, still reject the fact that I'm a victim. These doctors make sure you become the first pick on your team of how to fight. Yes, sickness is always a reminder that we are mortal. However, the reminder doesn't have to be acceptance of the "might happens" or a defeat. With this team of excellent nurses and doctors, I do know that I can live fully the days that are still mine. They have all done a great job at improving my life. Thank you!
