Catrina exemplifies consistent excellence in patient care by doing all she can to make it right for each patient, each encounter. In her role as Charge Nurse/Clinical Coordinator, she is cognizant of both the Labor Unit and Special Care Nursery and what each of their needs happen to be.

Teamwork is something Catrina excels at, and not only does the unit run in harmony when she is in charge but it is also fun to be there. Her positive outlook, smile, kind words, and concern for others is infectious.

Catrina is a member of the leadership team and Unit Governance Committee. She frequently comes in on her days and shifts off to help out when the unit is experiencing high census.
