They were personal cheerleaders, listened to their fears, and reassured them.
As a whole, this is an amazing group of people that work extremely well together. They have banded together on a whole new level through COVID. They took the ever-changing policies and PPE changes with stride. They worked tirelessly with their patients when they were not able to have visitors. They spent extra time with them to make sure they weren't alone and created special bonds with their family members. I know that they were mentally and emotionally exhausted, but they did not stop them from giving the patients and families their all!

A few patients greatly impacted our team and vice versa. They were personal cheerleaders, listened to their fears, and reassured them. The team kept checking in with each other and when a patient passed that someone had created a special bond with the patient/family they made sure to check in on them. It has been my absolute pleasure to work alongside such an amazing team through this very different time. I am very proud to be a part of a team with such amazing, caring people. Thank you so much for all that you do and have done. You made a huge impact on the patients and their families during a very difficult year.
