I would like to say thank you to Cecile for taking much-needed care of me during my hospital stay. Although it is your job to provide patient care, I could tell that my care was given because your heart was in the right place. I saw and felt that you truly cared for me and my well-being. You showed me compassion not because you had to but because you wanted to. Your knowledge, kindness, and smile made my unfortunate stay there, enjoyable. You spent your time with me to make sure all my needs were met. In all my many hospital visits through the years, I have to say you gave me the best treatment I have ever had. You made an old lady very happy. You are truly the best!
