Cecile Dizon, RN

Cecile has been a long-standing power house of our nursing community and is often recognized by the nurses and patients alike. She received a nomination for above and beyond care that demonstrated a focus on the patient experience. She listened empathetically to the patient's request for medication prior to a difficult wound procedure and ensured the patient's comfort was given priority. She advocated for her patient that day and demonstrated the level of care associated with the DAISY Award.
