Cecile is a terrific role model to the rest of the staff on her unit. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and considers the patients on the unit her patients. She is a very caring Nurse, and one of the patients commented, “Cecile is a young, very energetic girl and she keeps the floor running and makes things happen. She helped me with the discharge instructions and explained them on a level that I could understand. I went home happy and really felt that I was taken good care of.”
