Cecilia C Clocksin, RN

I recently tested COVID positive and was advised to contact Huggins Hotline. I left a message and in minutes I was contacted by Cecilia Clocksin. I am a 70-year-old man with only one lung so I was terrified of dying. Cecilia calmly answered all my questions and reassured me that if I took my meds and closely monitored my symptoms, I would be okay. I was not alone, 911 was a phone call away. She called me every day to assure me and check up on me. She went above and beyond her job description.

I want to take this opportunity to commend Cecilia Clocksin – the COVID Coordinator. My Wife and I are both 75 and came down with COVID. We had trouble getting our doctor’s office to help us and Cecilia stepped in, got me an RX for Paxlovid which probably saved my life. She followed up each day, offered help, and was our angel. She saved our lives!! God bless her.
