While representing the company on a mandatory RFP site tour, a most unusual event occurred: a resounding boom was heard due to a detainee falling not 10 feet away. Without pause, Cecilia responded to this medical emergency. She did not freeze. She was calm and poised. She led the medical response.
Cecilia systematically assessed the fallen patient, evaluated his neurological signs, secured his neck, and staunched his bleeding scalp. She did all of this while coordinating the attending officers and calling for ambulance transport. She was not only a stellar representative of ACH medical care but also an outstanding example of nursing expertise.
