I have numerous encounters with Cecille as we are sending patients’ to ORlV where she displays a good role model for the profession. She is very keen that the patients received the best care, and if there is a discrepancy from our nurses, she handled it in a very professional manner. She collaborates with us from the management, to correct the necessary missing documentation and addresses it with ease and composure.
I have noticed her involvement in some projects for unit improvement and how she makes a difference for theatre staff. More so, she is involved as volunteer to help new arrivals first few days in the Kingdom to have help with the smooth transition.
She has maintained good working relationships with OR medical teams, staff from other units and other members of the multidisciplinary teams. She is also engaged in some missionary work in places like Morocco.
She is greatly involved in unit projects for the improvement of ORlV. Her skills, knowledge and attitude towards this profession is highly dependable and her dedication for her work, made her more deserving of the DAISY Award.
