My mother was very ill when we met Cecily. A few months back, she had to stay with you guys for a while. We have tried visiting often, but we live out of the city. We knew without a doubt that she was protected and cared for in the professional hands of Cecily. My mother is difficult. She's had a long and hard life and is a little too stuck in her way. Cecily handled her so delicately, as if she was her own mother. We walked in on her helping my mom eat even though mom was giving her a tough time. No matter how many times mom would try to smack the spoon or complain about not having her way, Cecily would calmly explain that she had to keep her strength up. She's my own mom, and I don't know if I'd be able to put up with her as well as Mrs. Spicer. It warmed our hearts. The best part was Cecily wasn't even her nurse. I think she was just helping out. With all the horror stories you hear of hospitals and seniors being treated like second-class citizens, it's good to know there are people like Cecely. Thank you, Cecily Spicer. From our entire family.

Thank you, Cecily, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
