She not only attended to his medical needs with professionalism and expertise but also approached him with kindness and empathy. I could see how her caring demeanor helped him relax, and it made a world of difference in his overall experience. It is individuals like Celena who remind us of the profound impact that compassionate care can have on patients, especially children facing daunting health challenges.
