Celeste Banks, RN
Celeste is a great team player, and she shows a solid dedication with her work. She is always a charge nurse in the ICU and despite the heavy responsibilities that were set for her for the day she makes sure that I am always getting help; I asked her one time why despite the crucially of her work she maintains helpful and attentive to her surroundings. She said, “Our job is to save lives and I have to set an example to any staff in ICU a team player RN to elevate our unit and the hospital. We all are family here and no one leaves their family." Whenever I work with her and in every work I do in Brooklyn Hospital I always strive harder to make a difference in every individual and at the same time I always have a goal to touch the hearts of my patients.
