Our family was blessed to have Celeste as our nurse during our after-birth stay. She was not only knowledgeable and compassionate but also immensely helpful in providing a variety of options to bring our son’s bilirubin levels down. The information that Celeste imparted allowed my husband and me to make a well-informed decision in the best interest of our son. She was the only nurse that recommended supplementing with formula and advised the proper way to do so without jeopardizing our breastfeeding efforts. After following Celeste’s recommendations, we immediately saw a difference in our son’s alertness and a decrease in his bilirubin levels.
