I met Ms. Cel last night, from that moment until this morning she has been such a good nurse. She is so caring and concerning that, I can't put it into words. The truth is if all nurses were as nice and well trained as she is I know people would not have to spend as long of a time in the hospitals. Patients at Harbor are blessed and honored to be under her care. I am so grateful to have had her as my nurse, I wish all nurses were as she is, nice, caring, thoughtful and professional. If you don't believe me just sit down and have a talk with her. She is very sweet and special. I think she is the best nurse I have ever had dealings with and in my 51 years of life. Ms. Cel is a real natural, truly the best yet!
