Celina Clark was very on point and ended up catching ecchymosis on the wrist of a patient which was an undiagnosed wrist fracture. The patient had fallen, and the bruising developed hours into his admission. Her acumen and good physical exam skills helped catch the fracture early. She also for the last eight months has always had all her meds done and always on top of her game. She truly deserves the DAISY award.
