Celina Croucher, RN

I have worked in a lot of places where charge nurses abuse their position when making assignments and play favorites. Celina is exceptional, she is fair, knowledgeable, and helpful. I enjoy coming to work knowing that I am in great hands. She earned everybody’s respect including surgeons' and ancillary staff with her ability to communicate and handle stressful situations. Banner South Campus is very lucky to have a charge nurse like Celina. Celina, thank you for always having our backs and working with all our dramas and struggles. We appreciate you!
