My mother passed away in your hospital recently. As painful and difficult as this has been, Celina was an absolute angel sent from above. On this day mom became very agitated with all the toxins building up inside her from no longer having dialysis and her dying request was to be made comfortable and not struggle. Celina stayed in our room with us holding my mother's face and whispering in her ear that it would be okay. She rubbed her and checked her continuously. She reached out to the doctor via phone and helped to increase her meds to allow for total comfort as per my mother's request. Hours passed and yet she still did not leave, she waited patiently beside our mother until she was calm. All the while whispering to her and stroking her face with such kindness. All we could do was cry.

Celina is amazing and showed such kindness and care for our mother that we could not allow this to go unnoticed. Mom passed away the next morning and we are so grateful that she had such kind hands on her the day before. Both my sister and I made it to the hospital not even a full ten minutes before she slipped away from us. Please know we are so grateful for the care and compassion received. As difficult as this has been we are so thankful for such a great group of people to show such kindness and care to our mother and us. With all my heart can muster...thank you.
