Celine helped my family when my father was admitted to Torrance Memorial with a stroke. She was unbelievably kind, empathetic, and patient, as we were trying to get our bearings and understand what was happening. I called her many, many times for all sorts of questions, and never did she show even an ounce of annoyance or frustration - and she even helped explain some things I misunderstood from the doctors.

My mother, who was by my father's side during his stay, benefited tremendously from Celine's bilingual support. All in all, we were very grateful that we had a reliable and kind single point of contact during these very traumatic few days of my father's stroke. Thank you, Celine!
