Celso Cano, RN

Celso Cano is an incredible nurse. He is always willing to pick up days at other clinics even when he has been trying to step down to 2 days a week. He still ends up working more. But he doesn't just go and help these clinics. He looks at their labs and patients' orders to ensure he is giving the best care possible. He is our Champion for any things in Dinuba including FIM, New patients, and labs. He never says no to any task given to him and he is often the nurse I ask for help. He has recently offered to help another nearby facility that does not have a CC. On top of all of this, he never calls in sick or arrives late to work. He has a positive attitude and supports me and his teammates with education and giving homerooms. He is the one to step up and assist with new initiatives and does not let the stress of learning new things affect his attitude or work ethic. He always gives 100%. He recently won the Core Value Award for Fulfillment voted on by his peers.
