I have worked with Cesar since he transferred from NICU 4 years ago. He is an inspirational nurse who has an incredible knowledge base and is a fine teacher and leader. He is calm under fire and inspires one to be their best at all times. Patients love his caring ways. It is a joy to work with Cesar. He is a fine example of a DAISY Nurse.
