Chad Ballard, RN

Nurse Chad Ballard was truly exceptional today. While caring for the matriarch of our family experiencing the end of life’s journey, Chad made sure to keep her comfortable at all times. He had a phenomenal bedside manner with her. He advocated for the comfort care that she needed while also being a great support person for our family. Chad answered all of our questions, sometimes more than once, took the time to have several one on ones with us when we were worried about our loved one and truly was the absolute best definition of a caring nurse. Our family was so supported and cared for by Chad that we had all decided to nominate him for a DAISY Award well before our loved one’s time had come to an end.
