Chad is a consistent team player. He is a great leader and role model of our core values. He does an excellent job maintaining patient's dignity during their stay at the hospital and he is a great steward of our resources such as staying on top of staffing and usage of supplies. Chad is exceedingly knowledgeable; he intuits what patients need and frequently communicates things, to the patients, that no one has ever taken the time to explain, like misuse of medication at home or behavioral problems that affect the patient's health care.
Chad called me about a medication that had been dropped off the schedule, and he was making the effort to make sure the medication order was completed. I can rely on him to give me the real story, at all times, with the patients. Chad, thank you for being a good charge nurse and for being very organized.
