Chad is a great example of what a nurse should be. His concern for my care and well-being were comforting and very appreciated. At the time of a patients' medical care, family and friends, as well as the patient are often at their worst. Chad took each day in stride, was always positive and quick with a smile and was beyond reproach in his care. He went above and beyond in administering to my needs. I never once doubted I would be in good care when he was on shift. He is a great example of quality care given at this hospital.
