My aunt was brought to the ER the night before Chad came on duty, and she was admitted to the hospital. Unfortunately, she had to be put on hold for a hospital room. During this hold, Chad was more than attentive to her. He went above and beyond his duties to her from the get-go. She was in a lot of pain and not happy when Chad first came in. He called for a patient advocate for her. She'd had a headache for three days - everything hurt. Chad switched her room to a single, more isolated room to help with the noise and light. As busy as the ER stayed, we never had to track Chad down for anything. He stayed on top of her medications and her tests. He was so attentive you would've thought you were on a floor instead of the ER. Really, Chad was more attentive than a floor nurse, and he was genuinely concerned for my aunt. We could not have asked for a better nurse to attend to my aunt's care. Thank you so much, Chad, for your care and consideration. Thank you for making her feel like a person and for showing consideration for me as well.
