We came to Emergency with all computer systems down and a 12 hour wait. We arrived at 11am and I left at Emergency at 1am before he was moved to observation. When I arrived back at 8am the following day, I found out that he was admitted to an observation room. Upon arriving to his room some meds were missing which are detrimental to my husband's Parkinson's care. I was already exhausted and frustrated. Chad immediately went into troubleshooting mode, even with my sour disposition. He went over and above getting ahold of pharmacy and actually personally walking one of my husband's meds down to the pharmacy to get it tagged. Chad came to our aid to resolve the situation. He also went over and above to make sure M was as comfortable as possible, we never had to wait for anything. You should be proud to have Chad representing your medical center.
