As a patient, I experienced firsthand the compassion, professionalism, and dedication that make Chandler Woodfin an outstanding nurse and a truly exceptional human being. Chandler went above and beyond while in the Labor & Delivery unit to ensure my comfort, well-being, and emotional support. She clearly viewed me as a person, not just a patient. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions with patience and empathy. I was particularly struck by Chandler staying past her shift to ensure I received the care I needed until I delivered my daughter. What else truly stood out to me was Chandler’s ability to make me feel safe, respected, and heard during a time when I was feeling vulnerable. She provided care far beyond what is expected of a healthcare provider, whether through kind words, a gentle touch, or a reassuring smile. I will forever be grateful for her positive impact on my labor and delivery experience. Chandler has made a lasting impression on me, and I am confident that her care has positively impacted many other patients as well.
