Chandra is a phenomenal nurse with great knowledge. She is always offering a helping hand to all of her colleagues. She is willing to help without being asked to. She is very kind and professional towards patients and their families. One specific time was with a pediatric patient who was extremely anxious about a blood draw. Chandra entered the exam room calmly and gently, explaining how the lab draw would be performed, and checked on the patient throughout the lab draw to ensure their well-being. Afterwards, the patient and family expressed their gratitude towards her approach. I know I can always count on Chandra!
