D, a patient, came into the office for his appointment. D was having a bad day to include some incontinence issues. While in the office waiting to be seen, D had an accident. Chandrea Warren immediately came out of the exam room and gathered up the necessary supplies to help get the patient cleaned up, without bringing a whole lot of unnecessary, unwanted and unneeded attention.
Since this was the last scheduled patient before lunch, once Chandrea finished helping the patient straighten himself up, she took it upon herself to go out on her lunch break and get this patient some new, clean and dry clothes. She did all this unprompted by anyone in the clinic. When she returned, she slipped into the patient's exam room unnoticed and gave the clothes to the patient. When the patient left the clinic, you could see that he had his head held high and that he walked with a new sense of confidence and pride. It's amazing what a kind soul, a caring heart, and a dry pair of pants can do.
