My daughter had tubes put in her ears. As parents, any procedure requiring anesthesia is scary. Chanel took time to comfort us and to make the transition for my daughter easier. She went above and beyond by putting the movie Frozen on her cell phone so that my daughter felt more comfortable going with the surgery team and leaving her parents. This also made it much easier for us as parents because she wasn't crying and not wanting to go. Overall, Chanel made a scary and stressful situation easier.
