Chanel Chen consistently goes above and beyond to provide the highest quality of care to her patients. Chanel is a strong patient advocate and continues to seek out the best interventions and outcomes for her patients. She co-chairs our mentor/mentee committee and is dedicated to developing our new nurses in their nursing practice. She is a strong preceptor and is a good leader when taking on the charge RN position.
