I can't say enough about how wonderful and caring she is. Each time she comes to drain the fluid from my lungs, she always asks how my previous days have been and makes sure I'm not having any pain during the procedure. Chanelle also went above and beyond her duties when she was here on one Saturday afternoon. She was setting up my Home Care Connect and needed an extension cord, and when I went to get it from my furnace room, I discovered my water heater had broken, and there was water all over the floor. I freaked out, and she rushed downstairs to see what was wrong. She automatically took it upon herself to go in and grab whatever she could to soak up as much water as possible. I then proceeded to call my son-in-law to come over asap. Needless to say, he didn't have his car, and she offered to go and pick him up with my 2 grandchildren. Thank goodness he lives only a short distance away, so he was able to run over here with the kids. I don't know if anyone else would have done the same thing, but I'm eternally grateful that she took control of the matter and calmed me down. I look forward to her visits due to the fact that she is so genuinely caring and compassionate.

Upon returning home post-surgery, my mother had to receive home health services. Never having received home health services previously, she wasn't sure how it would all play out. Chanelle visited my mother for most of the home health visits. From her first visit with my mom, we knew she was a great nurse. With her bubbly personality and thoroughness in her assessment, my mom felt she was always in good hands. There really aren't enough words to describe how amazing Nurse Chanelle has been taking care of my mother's home health needs. Chanelle has gone above and beyond with how compassionate and kind she is. She is not only thorough but also very professional and works diligently to obtain follow-ups/further instructions from physicians when needed. Over the last several weeks, Chanelle has become more like a friend to our family. She is one of the sweetest nurses we have encountered who really cares for her patients as if she were caring for her own family members. Every experience with Chanelle has been wonderful!
