I wanted to take a few minutes of your time to recognize one of your nurses, Chantell. My Dad was in the ER on Saturday morning and we were extremely fortunate to have Chantell as a nurse. In my opinion, the ED is the first step in care and that department, especially the nurses get overlooked. I did not want that to happen. I always try to provide positive feedback. Being a nurse was definitely her calling. Her bedside manner and absolutely everything about her made that visit much less stressful and more calming. My dad has been to the ED several times and I truly appreciate nurses like Chantell! To me, nurses are the backbone, and she truly is amazing. I hope she is recognized for this and for being an amazing human!
