Chantell Riley, RN

My husband was under the Home/Nursing care services, and his Home Care nurse was Chantell. We both would like to say how grateful we were to have Chantell as his nurse after his lung/cancer surgery. After a lengthy hospital stay (twice), as well as rehab stays (twice), he finally came home. Chantell came on his initial visit and made us feel comfortable with her knowledge and caring manner. Throughout his care, she made his doctors aware of a few meds that needed clarification and followed up and placed calls to them herself. She always made us aware of whom to contact if there was a medical need. We hope she knows that we appreciate all she did and will be forever in our thoughts.
