Char went above and beyond to make sure mom and baby had everything they needed. She was so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. We really appreciated how she went out of her way to make sure my wife got food after the cafeteria closed for the night. My wife hadn't eaten for over 24 hours and Char got her a meal. It is the little things that made such a difference to us. She deserves to be recognized for her amazing service.
