I came in and thought I had kidney stones again. I was in a lot of pain. Char Lene got right on it, got my meds list, and hooked me up to the vitals machine. She found that my heart rate was 30-40 and went as far to get the crash cart and had it outside my room. She explained what and why everything she was doing. She is very polite and very professional at her job. She kept my wife calm. If every nurse was just like her no one would leave the hospital feeling they had a bad experience. She is a positive person, polite, and right on her job. She deserves the DAISY Award. I now have an appointment with the doctor at the hospital thanks to your nurse! Oh, and I passed the stone.
