Charina Tallo, BSN, RN, RN-BC

First, I would like to thank everyone from the Nurse Manager to every nurse on the unit for the excellent care given to me. Now about Nurse Charina. I am somewhat a nervous person, but when I met her I felt everything was going to be ok. It was by no means special or inclusive care, just a nurse's care that made me feel special. From the good morning to the end of her shift (for at least 3 days) I just felt that I was ok. I had the reassurance that if I just rang the call nurse bell, Charina would respond. I know this is every nurse's commitment and they do it with the highest standard, but Nurse Charina had that “Everythings OK” J look. I just turned 74, this hospital experience changed my outlook for the rest of my life for the better (Not so nervous anymore).
