Charisma was awesome! I asked her to stay when the doctors came because I needed someone to help me process and understand what the doctors were saying. She was able to explain to me what the doctor said. She made sure I had everything that I need to be comfortable. She got me up and walking even though I wanted to lay around and sulk. She was great with my visitors. I can't say enough about Charisma!
