She made me feel relaxed and welcome and set me up so I did not worry. She informed me of the procedures that were in place and explained what I could expect tomorrow and the next day. I had a lot of questions, and she was very kind and patient with me. She went beyond her normal job expectations and showed empathy and care. We spoke about family and how important they are to us. She is a real credit to your organization and adds great value to this hospital. She’s very friendly and kind. She informed me at ease with a wealth of knowledge by telling me what had happened during the procedure and what to expect afterward. We, as patients, do not always understand what is happening, but she made me relax and put me at ease. She goes beyond the normal job requirements, and she is a real asset to your organization. She regularly checks in to make sure that I am comfortable and not in need of anything. She is making my hospital stay a joyful experience.
