I came into the ED/Fast Track for my sore throat where my sister and I were greeted by Charity who brought us back to the exam room. She was very kind and understanding and did a rapid & culture swab of my throat right away. She had a very calming disposition, very thorough and accommodating. She listened to our concerns and questions. She kept us updated on wait times for the provider and my medications and handled everything in a timely manner. Her excellent patient/family care was very much appreciated. Quyana Charity!
