I was a hysterical mess. Charity was able to calm me down and explain how this can happen. She has shown extreme individual care for my baby. She provided me with the utmost comfort for my baby and me. She always had s smile and was always reassuring. She is most helpful with tasks and eager to share her knowledge. This entire hospital has been great, but Charity made all the difference.
