I've been in labor and delivery as a patient six times at a different hospital. This was the best experience I've ever gotten. I chose Estrella to be at ease and with the most comfort. That's exactly what I got from the moment I got to L&D and the moment I left. My situation was hard. I knew it wasn't something typical for most nurses, either, considering my daughter had a heart defect that would cut her life short. Charity stood by my and my husband's side the whole time. We never felt alone. She answered all my questions and concerns and just overall listened to me. You can tell she is definitely a nurse who takes so much pride in her job and patients. She took care of our sweet angel, and I'm so glad she was there for her final moments. Our daughter knew nothing but love, and Charity was someone showing her an endless amount of love. Charity made a huge impact on our lives during such a hard time. We appreciate her so much and couldn't be more thankful.
