I've been a rheumatology patient for almost 6 years now, and I've encountered so many changes to my health that it's exhausting. I live far away from the office and call quite often and speak with the nurses. I've been trying to get a stubborn lupus rash under control for quite some time now. Nurse Charity has always been kind, helpful, and understanding. Even through the phone, her empathy and compassion shine through, and I appreciate it more than she could know. It's difficult enough to manage a chronic illness that impacts my life daily; having a great nurse on the other end has been my lifeline in managing this disease, and I am grateful for her hard work and understanding.
