Charlene Erks 2, RN

My father passed away a few years ago and my mother slipped into a terrible depression. Charlene was always very nice, caring, and patient with my mom. Even though my mom declined most care suggestions, Charlene always treated her as a person, not just a patient. My mom just passed away, and when I went to tell Charlene, she was sad to hear, she gave me a hug but also commended me and my sister for the care we gave my mother during a difficult time. Charlene shows the compassion that a nurse should!
